Winny and Kevin gave my sister and I pedicures. The service is amazing and my toes are a beautiful colour. They were efficient and I felt very relaxed during the entire pedicure. I highly recommend coming here.

When I arrived, she let me use the washroom and then offered me a drink - coffee, tea, or water - I chose water. Then she sat me down where I could see the TV clearly and asked me how I wanted my nails done. She made conversation while she did my nails. After she was done, she rubbed lotion on my hands. I had to wait for my ride to pick me up so she offered to let me sit in the massage chair while I waited. That was very relaxing and very nice of her to offer that. That was probably the best nail experience I've ever had. Thank you nice lady at Queen Nail & Spa! I will definitely be back :)

My daughter has had her first set of gel nails and 2 fills with Dorothy - we are so impressed! The nails look fantastic, last well and Dorothy is so patient to re-create nail art off photos she finds. Highly recommend.

I recently took my daughter and best friend to Queen Nail & Spa and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The selection of colors and nail designs was impressive, and our nail technicians were true artists! They took their time to ensure every detail was perfect, and we all left with stunning nails that we couldn't stop admiring. The salon was clean and beautifully decorated, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. This was the perfect outing for some quality time together, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch nail salon experience!

Have been there a few times and the service was awesome! The last time though I was not impressed, there was 6 of us.. 4 pedicures and 2 sets of nails. I had this booked at least a month in advance. When we got there we all went to our chairs and there wasn’t enough staff at the moment so one of us had to wait for a long time to get our pedicures. By the time the worker got there we were at least half hour into our pedicures but she was finished at the same time as the rest of us.. we paid for a service that was rushed and not relaxing. The two getting their nails done wanted to Gel and they said no we like to do acrylic so we’re not doing gel.. we asked for gel and was denied that service if I would known they were going to apply acrylic I would of never let them go ahead with the nails.. also the nails were done very poorly, they were shaped horribly and instead of the nail curving under they made them point the opposite way. Pics for reference.. very disappointed and we paid a lot for 6 of us to be there. We’ll be finding a new spa to go to!
